TEENAGE DISCOS
Strictly 1st, 2nd & 3rd years ONLY
St. Laurence’s GAA Complex Hall
Doors Open for Event at 7.30pm
Event Starts at 8pm Sharp
Event Concludes at 11pm Sharp
Fundraising Event, No Alcohol Event
Professional DJ will be on the decks
Ticket numbers are strictly limited
Expect tickets to be Sold Out well in advance
PSA Registered and Licensed Male and Female Security will be on duty at the event
Local Community Gardai will be on site during the event
Stewards/Medics will be on site for the duration of the event
Parking attendants will be on site for the duration of the event
Tickets for underage events may only be bought by event goers parents/guardians
By purchasing a ticket for any of our events parents/guardians agree to out T&C’s
Event T&C’s may change at any time and at short notice
On the night of the event, event goers should have their tickets ready in advance at the door
Your ticket admits one only, no entry to event without correct ticket & ticket stub on the night
You must keep hold of the main section of your ticket on your person for the duration of the event
Strictly no alcohol event - expect to be breathalysed & searched on entry
No smoking or vaping under any circumstances will be permitted in or around the venue
For hygiene reasons, chewing gum is prohibited in or around the venue
It is highly recommended that event goers DO NOT bring any additional items such as BAGS & JACKETS to the event on the night.
All BAGS & JACKETS that are brought into the venue MUST be left in a dedicated cloakroom for HEALTH & SAFETY reasons for the duration of the event.
Expect ALL BAGS & JACKETS to be SEARCHED ON ENTRY to the venue.
Your TICKET STUB will be your CLOAKROOM ticket.
Again, you must keep hold of the main section of your ticket on your person for the duration of the event, you will need it to retrieve any BAGS & JACKETS at the end of the night
Event Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers
This event will take place in a Nightclub environment with loud noise and flashing lights
Please ensure everyone’s phones are fully charged, with sufficient credit to contact event goers/parents/guardians throughout the night
There will be NO Internet WiFi at the venue on the night
NO Revolute Junior accepted at the venue, sorry for any inconvenience in advance
Cash payments are preferable on the night. We would recommend that no more than €5 (€10 max) be brought on the night by event goers
Card payments are accepted.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CARD PAYMENT SYSTEM MAY NOT ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE ON THE NIGHT DUE TO THE RURAL LOCATION.
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENED TO BRING CASH SO AS TO AVOID DISSOPOINTMENT ON THE NIGHT
Water/Soft Drinks will be available and on sale from the venue on the night, you will NOT be allowed bring in any items of food or drink into the venue.
First sales at 7.30pm, Last sales at 10.45pm SHARP
Pizza slices will be available and on sale from the venue on the night.

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue without refund & parents/guardians will be contacted immediately to come and collect them
A further reminder that this is a STRICTLY NON-ALCOHOL event, any person found with alcohol on their person, OR UNDER THE INFULANCE OF ALCOHOL, will be denied entry or removed from the venue without refund & parents/guardians will be contacted immediately to come and collect them
We do ask any Parent/Guardians that have attendees attending the event that may need the use of Medication/Epipens etc during the event, or have any allergens intolerances, as small as it may seem, to make these known to ticket reps when purchasing tickets and make yourselves know to event manager on site before entry to the event
We ask parents/guardians to please REVERSE park their cars in the complex car park if applicable when dropping off and collecting event goers on the event night
We highly recommend that parents/guardians turn up a minimum of 15 minutes before the event starts and stay around for at least 15 minutes after the event has started
We highly recommend that parents/guardians return up to a minimum of 30 minutes before the event is due to finish
We encourage all parents/guardians of teenagers going to their first ever event to stay around for the duration of the event
Venue Café/Bar/Shop will be open to parents/guardians and local patrons on the event night. No access to the venue hall will be permitted during the duration of the event
Purchasing a ticket consents the event organiser to contact you to update you about upcoming events and/or changes to existing events
Event photographer/videographer may take photos/videos at our events which may be uploaded to social media platforms to promote future fundraising functions by the organisers. By purchasing a ticket to this event, Parents/Guardians/Event goers agree to these terms
When purchasing a ticket on behalf of an event goer, Parents/Guardians agree to indemnify, defend and hold the promoter/the Venue, Employees, Contractors, Staff, and Volunteers, harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any party due to or arising out of any injury or damage, to person or property, at the event, or the venue in which it is located
This event is a St. St. Laurence’s GAA Complex FUNDRAISER run by volunteers. Please be courteous at all times when dealing with Staff, Stewards, Medics, Security Personnel, Community Gardai, Ticket Reps and Organisers.
